  OnlyFans star's meet and greet ends in brutal stampede that leaves fans 'gasping for air'

  

  A TikTok and OnlyFans star's meet and greet didn't go to plan when far more people showed up to catch a glimpse of the model than

  anticipated, causing endless queues and seeing some fans fainting

  An online star caused chaos when thousands more people turned up to her meet and greet than expected.

  Anna Paul, 23, was set to meet some of her top online followers, with between 200 and 300 expected to attend the event.

  However organisers were floored when far more adoring followers arrived, spending hours queueing in a mall in Perth, Australia, which saw

  fans jostling and shoving to get their time with the star before the event was ultimately called off by police.

  Some people waiting for an audience with Paul, who has over five million followers on TikTok and two million on Instagram, even passed

  out during the drama.

  Posting to TikTok, one begrudged fan showed people getting pushed and shoved as they waited to meet the OnlyFans star.

  It was captioned: "Waited 5+ hours, got squished and trampled, gasping for air, nearly fainted all for it to get closed down by the
  police."

  One person even claimed they had waited overnight to meet the influencer.

  Another clip shows people chanting outside the venue where the meet and greet was due to take place as police try to intervene.

  Officers were eventually forced to step in and shut down the event when some fans got a bit too bold and jumped queues, with several
  people collapsing and needing medical attention.

  A heartbroken Anna took to Instagram after the ordeal, apologising to the many fans who didn't get to meet her.

  She wrote: "Due to safety, the West Australian Police had to shut down the Perth meet and greet early.

  "It became a huge safety hazard. Thank you for being amazing.

  "I am so so sorry. We tried our best to work with the police but it got too much. Your safety is our #1 concern always. I love you."

  A police spokesman added: "Due to the size of the crowd and lack of appropriate security and other event planning in place to cope with
  the larger than expected crowd, and in consultation with the store management, the event was closed down and police commenced dispersing
  the crowd from the area."

  Anna's meet and greet in Perth had been part of a bigger tour of Australia to promote her collaboration with fitness label STAX.

  The brand added: "On behalf of myself and Matilda [Don and Matilda Robertson, the founders of the brand], we have the unfortunate news
  and have been directed by Perth Police that due to crowd control we are unable to proceed with today’s meet and greet in Perth.

  “You can say it’s a run but she’s just done that all season,” said teammate Kelsey Plum, with whom Wilson combined for 31 of Las Vegas’ 45 points in the first half of Game 2.

  “I felt like she’s been the most consistent player night in, night out offensively and defensively in this league and that’s why she’s MVP. It’s tremendous,” Plum continued. “A lot of times when we are watching greatness, we don’t appreciate it in real time. Like we have to wait until someone’s done playing. But it’s absolutely a treat for basketball people that are watching to see what she’s doing.”

  Chelsea Gray, who finished second to Wilson with 21 points in Tuesday’s Game 2 victory, concurred.

  “I think we talk about her numbers offensively but she’s holding it down in the paint defensively,” Gray said. “Like a two-way player through and through: rebounding, snatching her rebounds, blocking shots, having our back when I get beat. So like all that, and she’s doing production on the offensive end.”

  Wilson looks in line to earn the Finals MVP award at the end of the series. But her mind is on one thing: securing a win in Thursday’s Game 3.

  “We can sit up here and say the job is not done but we always know,” she said. “Like Chelsea said, we don’t get too ahead of ourselves at all because anything can happen in this league.”
