Fuhrman women's daily it has vitamin C vitamin D which I already took some vitamin D earlier but this this gets me up to the total amount that my doctor recommends so I just add extra in the morning just because my doctor wants me to have extra this has my b12 in it it has calcium iodine magnesium zinc of a whole bunch of other stuff let me know if you guys take any of this kind of stuff I like I said I'm just started
