Take one tablet of Fildena Double 200 mg about 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, although high-fat meals may delay its effectiveness. Do not take more than one tablet within a 24-hour period. It’s also advisable to avoid alcohol, as it can reduce the drug’s effectiveness and increase the risk of side effects.
Possible Side Effects
As with any medication, Fildena 200 can cause side effects, especially due to its high dosage. Common side effects include headaches, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, upset stomach, and temporary visual disturbances such as blurred vision or a bluish tint. In rare but serious cases, it may cause chest pain, difficulty breathing, or a prolonged erection lasting more than four hours—a condition known as priapism.
