Velofel however there are some keto bread recipes that I do plan on trying so if y'all would be interested in that let me know but as for food for the fridge I guess this is a half fridge half not these are avocados I have over the past couple weeks started integrating more like keto esque foods into my diet but this has it's more salt if I'm a keto diet cuz when you don't eat carbs your body like flushes water and electrolytes so you need to replenish that but you're a huge chance of almonds really really good for are diet be difficult what are you doing he's too honest it's like raising a teenager like my um but it can be difficult to get all of the micronutrients that you need so I do take supplements for different electrolytes and different things like that I do not have everything that I would normally take right now because again we're living at a friend's house so I'm gonna show you this stuff I have right now but number one is b12 I didn't have a nutritional use before so it's taking
