Tressurge highest settings thinking it's going to work better for your hair no don't do that what are you doing you're literally frying your hair so the highest I ever turn my hair tools is 350 degrees that's enough to cook my dead hair and that's enough to cook most people's hair so why would you ever go higher than that so keep your hair tools under 375 degrees your hair doesn't actually need anything hotter than that the next thing I do to help grow out my hair is to actually brush my hair before I take a shower and that's just gonna help me
