Open Microsoft Outlook email and log in by entering your credentials
On the email dashboard, tap on ‘Tools’ and then on ‘Accounts.’
Click on ‘Add’ and then choose the option of ‘Mail.’
Provide your email address and then enter the following details for POP3 and SMTP
For POP3, mail.comcast.net and SMTP smtp.comcast.net
Now in the Account field, type your Comcast username and password

Put a checkmark near, ‘This server requires a secure connection( SSL)’
