want to point out for those who were like interested in fat burners and looking at that to lose weight cuz I know I was to like back then when I was not really too just looking for the shortcut like Hydroxycut for example like I know that was one thing actually bought like wasted my money on you do not need those those do not work how you probably think they are and to be honest the whole reason fat burners are what they are in like even like work a bit is because of their thermogenic properties it's because mainly they have ingredients like caffeine that's gonna raise their metabolism raise your heart rate which will allow you to burn more calories and that's already in your pee workup so really you don't need more than that and you don't even need pretty workout at all so yeah I just wanted to point that out don't be looking too much into fat burners
