Beatbox Fitness   If that is the case with you, then too drastic cures - only fruit and vegetables for example - are not wise. Then supplement with whole grains (rice, bulgur, quinoa), boiled fish, roasted white meat. Under no circumstances should you exhaust a cure of course and not prevent you from leading a normal life. If that happens, the course is too strict and you have to stop or supplement them with other foods such as starch products (potatoes, pasta). Can you combine a fasting period with physical exertion? With long walks, for example, during some retreats that are meant to reflect on your own life for a while, and sometimes also to stimulate creativity? https://www.beatboxfitness.com/
