Slimymed to eat like a king at noon time you have to eat like you're a prince or a princess but at night eat like a beggar to a point you will not be needing it the energy right so foreign it worked for me 7 a.m breakfast 11 a.m lunch and 5 p.m dinner beyond those hours no more eating too big apple uh yeah so that one eat on time establish a healthy eating pattern okay um according to somehow fina follow on dietitian then if you really want to go on a calorie deficit the lowest you can go is 1000 calories a day diba am prescribed is two thousand to two thousand four hundred calories a day tamaba if i'm not mistaken yeah i feel apparent but if you are trying to lose weight the best way to lose weight is really to go on a calorie deficit capacity being calorie deficit intake do not go beyond 1000 proportions of what you eat that's a balanced
