  Yeah. This is very informative. Once I had to face the same kind of situation because I got my knee injury while working in a factory which is one of the leading company of Civil Engineering Contractors in Sri Lanka. Then I visit our family doctor and he said the same words and gave the same reasons you have mentioned. The thing I want to say is to be as much as careful when you are in your work hours especially if you are working in a factory.

  Yeah. This is very informative. Then I visit our family doctor and he said the same words and gave the same reasons you have mentioned. The thing I want to say is be as much as careful when you in your work hours especially if you are working in a factory.
