Now if you want to generate a standard report you can follow these steps:

  • Look for accounts menu where you need to click on “Bank Accounts”
  • Select your bank account from the list and search for “payments: Multiple items”
  • Put the name of the customer and click on send receipt as PDF

  • You have the option of importing three types of file like OFX, QIF, and CSV in your bank account
  • Browse the location of the file that you want to import and click on Import to complete the process.

  You can easily integrate the payroll system with Xero accounting software so as to use the accounts payable invoices. And in order to do so, you can either follow the steps given below or get in touch with Xero technical support number.
