    A research made by researchers of Carnegie Mellon University revealed that when a person orders food (in essence programs its food) so could eat it later and not at the moment of being hungry tends to order more low calorie foods, compared to times ordering food and aiming at consuming it the same time!
    In other words the time lag really promotes SLIMMING….and in fact when it does not come from a delivery but it is pure homemade food with a controlled calorific value!
     
    How I manage to have a time lag on my food?
    I have managed it very well….by preparing my meals! And if you do not want to cook for the whole week from Sunday, then simply prepare your meals of the next day from the previous night (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). In this way you are going to have a better control of your daily amount of calories and naturally of your weight, and of course resolve digestive troubles!  less
