We’re trying to wrap our heads around the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements. Beneficial Ownership Information FinCEN guidelines seem to be constantly evolving. We’re a family-owned business, and it feels like the Fincen guidelines are constantly evolving. Have any of you had to report your BOI yet? How was the process? We’re considering hiring someone like Strategic Tax Consultants to handle this for us, but I’m also wondering if it’s overkill. Would love to hear what others are doing in terms of compliance and reporting.
