I’ve been using Calendly’s free plan to schedule meetings, but I’m starting to wonder if it really meets the needs of professionals in the USA. It allows only one active event type at a time, and the customization options are limited, which can be tricky for people managing multiple clients and appointments.
For those of you in the USA, how do you handle scheduling with these limitations? Do you stick with the free plan, upgrade to a paid version, or switch to another tool entirely? How do you keep your calendar organized and avoid conflicts when dealing with multiple time zones and busy schedules? I’d love to hear what has worked best for other professionals.
