In this rudimentary research I have found that the most important compounds in capturing the very essence of my project are terpenes, most notably
alpha-pinene and beta-pinene
limonene
myrcene
linalool
caryophyllene
humulene
alpha bisabolol

and in smaller amounts, esters.

In trying to achieve this, what are some blends and proportions one would recommend? Also, does anyone know any good ways to make terpenes soluble in water?
