How the CSPA works (EB-3 visa)

How old are you now? I think you already know that your age has to be under 21. But there are many nuances when you are on the verge of those years. I recently saw an article on this: How the CSPA Works for Children of EB-3 Applicants by eb3.work. Everything on this topic is clearly explained there, but the most important point is that you must be under 21 years old at the time you file the I-140 petition. Also, if your father is still applying for this visa, you will have exactly 1 year to take action (file Form I-485 or start the DS-260) when the visa becomes available.

I have read a lot about the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), but I still don't understand: Will I be able to get a visa if my father applies now? Can someone explain this point if you understand this issue.
