If you do not log in to your AOL account for an additional 90 days, which means a total of 180 consecutive days, your email account will be deleted. Users may or may not be able to retrieve their AOL email addresses. In addition, all emails, pictures and other email attachments are removed.

The process to Reactivate AOL Account

• Go to the AOL mail login page.

• If you do not have access to the phone number you used to register, select I do not have access to this phone. The customer support page opens in a browser window where support options are provided.
• Yes, write me a message with the verification code in the AOL letter
• Write down the verification code you received in a text message or phone call.
• Enter the verification code and then select Check.
• Check button in AOL mail
• Enter the new password you would like to use.
• Select Save. Log in to your AOL email account with a new password.
