Comparing to the times before the CoronaVirus, now it is a lot harder to make an appointment at the doctor. You have to wait a lot and sometimes you can't even make an appointment. This is why I started to use a site that is helping to make your health management. With the help of this site, I can even make an online consultation, because my doctor can see all my medical history on the site, so I don't have to go to the Clinique and take the risks of being infected with the Corona Virus. I think this is a very useful site for these hard times.

Hi, it's been a long time since I've been here and worked. I am interested in how appointments were made and planned at the clinic for other people in the future in light of the outbreak.

I don't see or communicate with my team very often, and I had almost 1 clinic appointment a year (unless I really needed help and tried to contact them outside of it), which I was supposed to get in about a month. So far, I thought they would probably change this to some sort of virtual arrangement, but I just got an email that basically said they had made the decision to redesign their service, they had canceled my appointment, and would not be sending regular appointments in the future. If we want such a meeting to take place in the future, we must be sent here.

I must say that I am quite alarmed by this. I'm pretty bad at asking for help at the best of times, and I saw this as an opportunity to discuss the big picture and set myself any goals that came out of the discussion, away from the day-to-day stuff. I also received the results of the blood tests there, and we were able to discuss them. While I understand that the routine has gone out of the window in the last few months, it seems to me that I will remain in the dark in the future, unless I go out of my way to spend my time on GPS to get directions to an appointment here and there. I also feel that more broadly, people will fall through the cracks who don't necessarily need emergency help from the team, but who will still benefit from casual contact and feedback.
