Turn the printer off.
Open the printer like you will be inserting ink cartridges.
Turn the printer on.
Once the ink cartridge holder starts to move to the center, close the printer. The printer will do a self check for 3 to 4 minutes then it will be ready to print.
Greetings,
Peter
Hello everyone!
1. Perform a power cycle. At first, turn off your Canon printer.
2. Check your ink cartridge. First of all, turn off your printer and make sure all the ink cartridges are full.
3. Rule out a potentially bad network connection.
4. Remove paper jam.
5. Update drivers.
6. Use Windows Troubleshooter.
Thanks
