My dream was to buy the first Toyota RAV4 car but I didn't have enough money and I didn't know if I would like it at all. I doubted for a very long time and in the end I decided to rent this car. It was a good idea but very expensive and in the end I realized that I couldn't just spend money and I decided to take a car on a loan. I found a great company for getting a loan and in the end I bought this car. I am glad that the guys from Mortgage Broker Cardiff made my old dream come true.

I have a relative who is a UK citizen and tax resident in the UK, he owns a quarry and a garbage can. He should start receiving payments from the company whose lease is. Payments amount to 300 thousand pounds sterling every 3 months. Would love to hear your most tax-friendly setup for this setup, if you were in his shoes. Thank you in advance.
