I'm wondering if this is serious question or just an uninformed one. Unfortunately, you can't, as REM sang, "get there from here." You can Google free templates and download whatever you want, roll the dice with spyware and viruses being in them, and play with those. I'd suggest you go to Wix, Weebly, Vistaprint, or Google Sites. You may not be aware of it, but you're asking for something that doesn't exist (and shouldn't exist) because you're expecting a professional online presence (and you make no mention at all of SEO or social media linkings so maybe you don't care about being found online) that takes a professional developer weeks to set up responsibly - free.

You can get free dental care, but you won't be smiling afterward. You can get free food, but you have to eat out of dumpsters. You can get free transporation but your feet will be sore after a few days. Quality costs, my friend. I would simply budget a few grand, wait, organize my business and revenue concepts, and work with a local developer who is certified, has good references, a good portfolio, and do things in a calm, professonal, long-term manner that befits a legitimate, serious business enterprise.
