    If you're new to working out, starting at the gym can be daunting. There are so many machines and weights, and cbd effects you might not know where to start. First, start with some cardio. Get your heart rate up on the elliptical or the treadmill. Then, move on to some strength training. Choose a weight that's comfortable for you to lift and do 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps. Finally, finish up with some core work. Do some crunches or planks to work those abs!
