1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Party.biz ("Party.biz," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Party.biz website, platform, services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

Party.biz does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.

  • Investigate violations of these Terms
  • Take appropriate enforcement action

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, websites, or advertisements, and your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Party.biz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Harmful or abusive behavior

Termination may result in loss of access to content, data, or features, and Party.biz is not liable for such loss.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, software, branding, logos, and design elements of Party.biz (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Party.biz and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTY.BIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTY.BIZ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PARTY.BIZ’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Party.biz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

14. Changes to These Terms

Party.biz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
