كشف تسرب المياه بخميس مشيط

ان عملية تسرب المياه منتشرة في العديد من الاماكن فقد تواجد في شقة صغيرة او في منزل كبير او في فيلا او في مصنع او محل او شركة او مطعم، فاي مكان به توصيلات ماء او مواسير او مجاري معرض لان يصاب بتسربات المياخ، لان هذه التسربات قذ تنتج عن تلف بعض المواسير او اصابة الاحواض بالكسر او التلف، او التسرب قد قكون راجع لوجود خلل في الاثاثات
او يرجع الي عدم عمل عزل، ومشكلة التسرب ليست بالمشكلة السهلة بل هي مشكلة كبيرة وتحتاج الي حل فوري،
لانها اذا تفاقمات فقد تؤديالي نتائج سلبية فيمكن ان يؤدي تسرب الماء الي تلف في المباني وال تشقق الاثاثات ويمكن ان يؤدي الي رطوبة في المباني وتشقق الجدرام وتشقق الحوائط وتقشير البياض وبدوره ان يودي الي انهيار المنزل اذا تركت المشكلة بدون الحل وتسرب المياه قد ترجع لعدث اسباب منها: واحيانا يكون حل المشكلة في تغيير المواسير التالفة واصلاحها، واحيانا اخري يكون الحل في عمل بياض للمبني من جديد، او تقشير الحوائط حتي الوصول الي الحائط الاسمنتي وعمل عازل باستخدام مواد معينة، ويجب اصلاح مواسير الصرف لان المشكلة قد تكون راجعة الي تلف في مواسير الصرف
اسباب تسرب المياه:
ان عملية تسريب المياه لا تاتي عبثا بل انه تكون راجعة الي عدة اسباب هي التي تسبب في تسريل المياه، من هذه الاسباب ما يلي:
1- لم يتم عمل عزل للمباني وخاصة للسطح قبل ان يتم تبليطه لتفادي مشكلة تسريب المياه
2- بعض الشروخ التي قد تحدث في الجدرام وفي الاثاثات قد تتفاقم حتي تصل الي المواسير الداخلية وتسبب خلل فيها مما يترتب عليها تسريب المياه
3- عدم تعرض المنزل للتهوية الجيدة وتعرضه ايضا لرطوبة عالية ما يودي الي تسريب المياه
4- تكون العفن علي الحوائط الذي يسبب الرطوبة التي اكون ناتجة بفعل تسرب المياه
طرق التخلص من مشكلة تسرب المياه:
مشكلة تسرب،المياه هي مشكلة كبيرة ومتعبة ولها اضرار عديدة، وتضر المكان الذي يحدث فيه تسوب واذا تفاقمت المشكلة اكثر من ذلك قد ينتج عنها خلل في المباني، ولكن كل مشكلة ولها حل، ومن حلول مشكلة
1- يجب ان يتم علاج الرطوبة في المنزل والقضاء عليها لان رطوبة الجدران تنتج عن تسرب المياه
2- يجب ان يتم عمل عازل لمبني لحمايته من درجات الحرارة العالية ودرجات الحرارة الباردة
في،الشتاء، ويتم عمل العازل عن طريق الخطوات التالية:
1- يتم ازالة الطلاء الاسمنتي للحائط حتي يمكن رؤية الحائط الاسمنتي، ثم يتم خلط مادة تسمي اديكور ام الي مادة اديبوند ويتم اضافة كمية من المياه، وتكون بنسب محددة ويخلطوا معا جيدا ثم يتم في الخطوة التالية ترطيب الحائط بالمياه، وبعد ذلك يتم دهان وجه المخلوط في اتجاه افقي ، ثم بعد مرور 6ساعات علي الاقل يتم عمل مخلوط اخر من مادة اديبوند الي مادة اديكور باضافة ماء ، ثم يتم ترطيب الحائط بالمياه، ثم يتم وضع هذا المحلول ويتم دهانه بشكل راسي، ثيترك حتي يجف ثم بعد مرور 6ساعات اخر يتم خلط المحلول مرة اخري ويتم دهان المحلول في اتجاه عشوائي ، حيث يتم في النهاية تحويل الوجه الاسمنتي الذي كام السبب في تسريب المياه الي جسم صلب غير منفذ للمياه،
1- يجب ان يتم علاج الرطوبة في المنزل والقضاء عليها لان رطوبة الجدران تنتج عن تسرب المياه
2- يجب ان يتم عمل عازل لمبني لحمايته من درجاتالحرارة العالية ودرجات الحرارة الباردة في،الشتاء، ويتم عمل العازل عن طريق الخطوات التالية:

الاسباب التي تؤدي الي تآكل الحوائط:
1- ارتفاع الرطوبة الناجمة عن التهوية الغير لائقة وتعرض المبني لاشعة الشمس الضارة
2- ارتفاع الرطوبة في بعض الاماكن التي تنتج عنها الرطوبة مثل الحمامات والمطابخ
3-وجود كسر او خلل في المواسير او الاحواض
4- او وجود خلل وتسربات في مواسير الصرف، او انسداد مواسير الصرف
5- تراكم العفن عاي الجدران، الذي يسبب الرطوبة وتآكل الجدران
6- عدم استخدام موقد خشب في الشتاء ليقلل من الرطوبة في درجات الحرارة الباردة

يمكن ان يتم القضاء علي الرطوبة عن طريق ان يتم تهيئة بعض الظروف المعينة، وفي بدايتها توقف مشكلة تسرب المياه، فيمكن القضاء علي الرطوبة عن طريق اتباع الآتي:
1-يجب ان يتم تقشير الحائط بمسطح اكبر من المسطح الذي،ظهرت فيه الرطوبة، حتي يتم الوصول الي الاماكن الخالية من الرطوبة، ثم يتم بعد ذلك تنظيف الحائط جيدا من اي اتربة ، ويرش الحائط بالمياه، ثم يتم استخدام الفايبر ويتم وضعه جيدا لعمل عازغ حراري، ثم يتم بعد ذلك تثبيت الفايبر جيدا، ويتم تبيض فوقه مرة اخري ليتم عمل العزل وبذلك نكون قد حصلنا علي حائط صلب يعزل التسريب، ولن تتكرر مشكلة التسريب مرة اخري، فلا مشكلة الرطوبة، ونكون قد تخلصنا منها، ولكن مع الحرص علي اصلاح اي مواسير او احواض قزكد تتلف في الحال، حتي لا يحدث تسريب اخر اذا تركت المشكلة لفترات طويلة، لان الرطوبة تتسبب في الاحاسيس الباردة التي تظهر في الجدران، وهذا العنصر ينطوي علي البرد وعلي قلة التدفئة في المكان، مما يقلل الي حد كبير من الطاقة الحرارية، ثلذلك يمكن القول بان الرطوبة توافق مع وجود الماء في الهواء، وللحفاظ علي المنزل من الاصابة بالرطوبة يجب ان تظل دائما الرطوبة في ميتويات منخفضة، لذلك فعندما تمطر ثلوج ينتج عنها ضباب والهواء يكون خارج منها يحتوي علي نسبة عالية جدا من الرطوبة، وقد يضر المنزل اذا لم تكن هناك تدفئة جيدةالمصدر : شركة كشف تسربات المياه بخميس مشيط
