Explanation:

The Pathfinder flask nodes and the tree flask nodes give us a few things: Increased Flask Effect, which increases the +% to maximum resistances from Divination Distillate, Taste of Hate, and the ruby and topaz flasks; and Increased Flask Effect Duration and Increased Flask Charges Gained, which should allow us to have our flasks up at all times.

The aura nodes (and the Conqueror's Potency jewel) give us 60% increased aura effect, increasing the max resists from the purity auras to 8%.

Gems: The level 21 Purity auras and the level 3 Empower are used to get level 23 Purity auras, which give 5% max res instead of 4%, and give the 8% we need at 60% inc. aura effect instead of 100% inc. aura effect. Purity of Elements is there because it's impossible to get 17% phys taken as ele on a Watcher's Eye without Purity of Elements modifiers. The level 4 Enlightens are so that we can actually use all these auras.

Gear: Divination Distillate and the elemental flasks are the only flasks which increase max resistances, so we use them, with Taste of Hate as our sapphire flask. Lightning Coil, Formless Inferno, Darkscorn, and Taste of Hate have an interesting unique modifier: a percentage of the physical damage you take is instead taken as elemental or chaos damage. These items on their own give us a total of 83% physical taken as ele/chaos. so we need another 17% (or 7%) from a Watcher's Eye to reach 100%.
