I was sitting at my favourite outdoor café in Sydney, sipping my iced coffee, when the sun hit my screen just right. I was trying to check my emails, but the glare was unbearable. I’ve been using round blue light filter glasses for a while now, mainly for screen time, but I never considered how they'd perform in bright sunlight. With the summer heat kicking in, I couldn't help but wonder—do my blue light glasses actually help reduce the glare when I'm outside? I decided to look into it further, hoping these glasses could make outdoor screen use a little easier.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my affordable round blue light filter glasses really helped reduce the glare in the summer sunlight. While sitting at the café, I could clearly see my screen without straining my eyes or squinting. The lenses seemed to filter out the harsh sunlight, allowing me to focus better on my emails. I’m glad I invested in these glasses, as they make both indoor and outdoor screen use so much more comfortable.
