Rename the QBW.INI file to fix QuickBooks Runtime Error

    QBW.INI is the file used by QuickBooks to store the initialization information. The QBW.INI file name could be changed with the parameters. After renaming the QBW.INI file, the new file extension will resolve the QuickBooks runtime error.
