    PRP therapy is an innovative method of skin rejuvenation and tightening by using the patient's own platelet-rich blood!

    The specialists of the international clinic were the first in Frankfurt who began to carry out prp lifting, and are still leaders in the number and quality of anti-aging procedures. Highly qualified doctors have learned from the founders of plasmolifting and have already performed more than a hundred procedures. Today, along with plasmolifting, an improved cellular rejuvenation procedure is available in our clinic - prp therapy.

    PRP is an innovative method of rejuvenation from the German company - PRPMED PRP (platelet-rich plasma). A unique achievement in science that promises to turn back time! This technique allows you to rejuvenate and tighten the skin using the patient's own blood!

    During these procedures, by centrifugation, we obtain plasma from the patient's own blood. But, during prp therapy with the help of Swiss technology, we manage to preserve 90% of active platelets, while during plasmolifting, only 40% of active platelets are preserved. Thus, prp therapy allows you to quickly stop the aging process and start the rejuvenation process. All this is due to the high content of active platelets in the prp, which contribute to the accelerated process of skin regeneration.

    Such famous stars of show business as Kylie, Madonna and Cher were among the first to try out the prptherapy procedure on themselves, and, undoubtedly, thanks to the new technique, they will always be bright and young.

    “The fact that we have experimented this procedure, I swear, it can be seen on our faces, which are getting younger every day,” Nicole shares her impressions of the plasma therapy performed.

    Today prp therapy is very actively used in Europe and Asia. The founder of the method and the "face" of the ReGenLab PRP clinic, Nicole Belle, has performed more than 400 prptherapy procedures and has not observed a single negative result. All patients who underwent the procedure - treatment of aging skin with platelet-rich plasma, were satisfied with the result, and their expectations were justified.

    PRP-Therapy, or Platelet Rich PRP Plasma, is a golden liquid extract that is the key to rejuvenation.

    Platelet-rich PRP plasma is actively used for the treatment of various diseases in surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, sports medicine and dermatology. In cosmetology, platelet-rich plasma is used to regenerate aging, aging skin.

    What is PRPMED?

    It is a scientifically based method of "autologous regenerative medicine" that uses its own bioactive platelet-rich plasma to rejuvenate the skin. Over time, DNA and cellular structures are damaged, especially in harsh climates. Platelet-rich PPR plasma is a kind of "building material for repair" of the body at the cellular level, which stimulates cell growth factors and also biostimulates damaged cells.

    How is the process of prp-therapy going?

    Preparation for the procedure itself is quite simple and does not take much time. Plasma therapy should be carried out exclusively in a clinic on certified equipment in strict compliance with all the rules and regulations of asepsis and antiseptics.

    Before starting treatment, a blood test should be done. To obtain platelet-rich plasma, blood is taken from patients with prp-tubes - from 8 to 20 ml. Blood is placed in special tubes of the ReGenLab company, and platelet-rich prp of 2 types is produced in a centrifuge in front of the patient's eyes: liquid and gel-like autogel.

    With the method of mesotherapy, liquid plasma is injected under the skin, and with the help of gel-like plasma wrinkles are filled and a bio-reinforcement procedure is performed. Part of the liquid prp is used for hair treatment.

    The whole procedure takes approximately 45 minutes and can be performed 3 times with an interval of 4-6 weeks.

    Benefits of prp-therapy

    • the possibility of filling wrinkles and carrying out bio-reinforcement with platelet-rich autogel;
    • results after the procedure are observed after 3 weeks;
    • the skin becomes more saturated with nutrients and moisture, its structure improves;
    • collagen production lasts for three months, the effect of the procedure performed increases over time, the results of prp therapy become more visible;
    • does not give allergies because it is our body's own physiological product.

    Indications:

    • loose skin;
    • wrinkles around the eyes;
    • dark circles around the eyes
    • pronounced nasolabial folds;
    • fuzzy face contour;
    • loss of elasticity of the skin on the neck and décolleté or other areas of the body, including: knees, hips, arms, abdomen.

    The main indication for prp-therapy is the preservation of youth!

    Remember, youth is in your blood, and the earlier you start the procedure, the faster you can stop the aging process and start the rejuvenation process. PRP therapy successfully fights the very first wrinkles, dryness and flaking, eliminates dark circles under the eyes and makes the skin more elastic, healthy and youthful! However, prp therapy can be carried out without age restrictions and only in specialized medical clinics. The quality guarantor of prpmed is the professionalism of the doctors and the sterile conditions for the procedure.

    How is prp therapy used in orthopedics and neurology?

    PRP therapy is a method of treatment based on the administration of platelet-rich plasma obtained from the patient's own blood. It activates the full restoration of body tissues without the use of medications. The particular effects of the method are:

    • strengthening of regeneration processes at the cellular level;
    • stimulation of the formation of connective cells (fibroblasts), bone (osteoblasts) and cartilaginous tissues (chondrocytes);
    • enhancing the synthesis of its own collagen and new blood vessels in soft tissues;
    • improvement of blood circulation, oxygen metabolism and, as a result, tissue trophism.

    PRP therapy is used in several medical fields, including cosmetology.

    In orthopedics and neurology, it is used to restore cartilage tissue, relieve inflammation and pain, improve the mobility of joints and vertebrae.

    The course of prp therapy reduces the duration of treatment by 2-3 times and allows you to minimize the dosage and the number of medications taken by the patient. In some cases, it becomes possible to abandon them completely.

    Indications

    results

    • Elimination of pain and an increase in the range of motion in the joints, limbs, spine.
    • Removal of muscle spasm.
    • Localized increased blood flow.
    • Multiple acceleration of the regeneration processes.
    • Long-term remission.

    PRP therapy technique in orthopedics and neurology

    This is a course procedure. The number of sessions and their frequency is determined by a specialist doctor.

    The procedure begins with taking the patient's venous blood in a volume of 10-50 ml. The exact amount depends on the degree of damage to the joint and vertebrae.

    The collected blood is processed in a special centrifugation mode. In the process, autoplasma is released from the blood, saturated with platelets - special blood cells.

    The resulting drug is injected with a syringe into the soft tissues surrounding the joint, the spinal column, or directly into the joint cavity.

    The action of the drug begins immediately. The properties of autoplasma stimulate regenerative processes, as a result of which the restoration of cartilaginous and connective tissues is triggered, inflammation is relieved and, as a result, pain syndrome. The course of such injections allows you to improve the mobility of the joint and vertebrae to the functionality that precedes the onset of pathological changes.

    The procedure is performed using local anesthesia.

    PRP therapy demonstrates the best results in combination with other types of treatment, including massage, ozone therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiotherapy, spectral phototherapy, drug therapy and exercise therapy.

    During the consultation, a specialist doctor will listen to your wishes, conduct an examination, and, if necessary, prescribe additional examinations.

    How does platelet-rich prp work? It gives the body a powerful impetus to start anti-aging processes:

    from stem cells fibroblast cells are formed, "responsible" for the production of collagen, and fat cells, which give elasticity and volume;
    cellular respiration normalizes, metabolism improves;
    a so-called "framework" is formed into the injection zone, which is filled with time with newly formed collagen structures and the intercellular matrix;
    local immunity increases, intradermal metabolic processes are activated;
    lymphatic drainage is restored;
    the production of hyaluronic acid begins in an enhanced mode;
    blood circulation is significantly improved.
    prp therapy of the face , body, hair is carried out in courses: depending on the problem that the patient wants to eliminate, the number of procedures can be from 3 to 12 with an interval of 2-4 weeks. The exact scheme of the course is prescribed by the cosmetologist after examination, conversation with the patient (patient) and identification of the anamnesis (to exclude contraindications). For example, with age-related facial atrophy, a course of 3-4 procedures with weekly breaks is recommended, with cellulite - 6-10 procedures with 7-10 days breaks.

    By the way, there are not so many contraindications to prp therapy, the list includes: pregnancy, breastfeeding, immune diseases, oncology, viral and colds, chronic diseases in the acute stage, low platelet and hemoglobin levels in the blood, taking antibiotics, allergies on angicoagulants, heparin intolerance, hypofibrinogenemia, menstruation.

    As for the indications for prp therapy, the course of intradermal injections of platelet-rich prp of one's own blood is relevant for many of our patients:

    age-related changes in the skin (deterioration of turgor, the appearance of wrinkles, flabbiness and dryness, initial ptosis);
    gray skin color, acne, pustular eruptions, post-acne;
    dark spots;
    the consequences of excessive exposure to ultraviolet ("bust" with a tan in a solarium or the scorching sun);
    striae (stretch marks), scars;
    cellulite, loss of body skin elasticity;
    dandruff, hair loss, baldness;
    rehabilitation after chemical peels, laser resurfacing;
    correction of unsatisfactory results obtained from injections with preparations containing botulinum toxin.

    How is prp therapy

    The prp therapy procedure begins with the preparation of the material for injection: the patient (patient) is sampled venous blood, which is then placed in a special centrifuge. The centrifuge separates the blood into three components: platelet-rich prp, platelet-poor prp, and red blood cells with leukocytes. The process of release of platelet-rich prp takes place in two stages. The use of equipment with one-stage blood processing does not allow obtaining high-quality biomaterial for injection.

    The resulting platelet-rich prp is injected intradermally into problem areas. The injection technique is similar to mesotherapy, only the biomaterial of the patient (patient) is used together with the meso cocktail. The authors of the method (maxillofacial surgeons R.F. Zarudiy and R.R. Akhmerov) recommend using papular, linear, cannula techniques or reinforcement techniques, depending on the problems to be solved. The severity of pain during injections can be different and depends on the pain threshold. If necessary, the doctor will apply an anesthetic compound.

    prp is injected in pure form. The authors of the method strictly prohibit adding any auxiliary ingredients such as vitamins, amino acids, peptides or mesotherapy drugs to the biomaterial. Otherwise, side effects and complications may occur. Therefore, it is imperative to check with the doctor who is doing the procedure what kind of composition is injected - only platelet-rich prp or something else is added.

    Immediately after the procedure, papules at the injection site, small bruises, and swelling may remain for a couple of days. In some of our patients, the first results appear after 1-2 procedures, most of them require 3-5 procedures for the "onset" of noticeable changes.
