remove avast "apps data sync"

I do not have any Avast applications installed. Not any obvious ones. It could be hidden or named someting unrelatable.
Avast antivirus was installed (surreptitiously) briefly by some other application.
All of that is gone but i cannot remove avast "apps data sync".
It says I require administrator permission, but it is my own phone. so I sould not require any permissions to remove this.
Could you please help. -

I don't think you can remove the "app-data sync" from avast in any way but you should do more research on this matter because I'm not an expert and I could be wrong. I had the same problem when I was at work and I didn't know how to remove that message. My friend suggested I look for websites like https://www.apkdojo.com/shareit or other, in order to install apps without avast being able to interfere. It helped me a lot and I didn't have this type of problem occur ever since.
