How can I record game play in a good quality and lower size

Honestly I can recommend only the tool I use myself pretty often, this software site. Never even thought the process of recording can be so easy to catch.
Plus it is easy to send clips to friends and to watch those clips on your own. If you don't want to watch your whole game you can just put the video on highlight mode and watch your favorite moments. I enjoy using it. So, highly recommended by the way

There are multiple ways to record gameplay and it all depends on what kind of specs you have

But i am gonna share the two best ways i know

If you have Nvidia Video card you you could use Geforce Share to record and Stream gameplay because since Experience is developed by Nvidia it self it is easy to use and you will experience no performance issues, FPS drops while you’re playing and recording/streaming. You could customize your recording options to record on native resolution or upscale resolution up to 1440p and you could also change the bit rate as well as FPS
