8. Then click on "Test Account Settings". Outlook then tests the connection to the incoming mail server and sends a test message to the newly created address. When the test is complete, click Finish, click ‘Next’, and then ‘Finish’.

1. User Name or Password is incorrect

Solution:

Username: Be sure to include your full email address.

Password: Enter the password that you have created at the time of signing up on the email. If you have forgotten the password, then click ‘forgot password’ to retrieve the password.

Once these checks are done, the connection should work normally

Needless to say, if your inbox is full and does not have enough free space, then Outlook would not receive emails. To fix this, you can just go to the Junk, Inbox, or any other folder and delete all the unwanted mails.
