How I quit Smoking

    Now there is a lot of talk all over the Internet about the negative side effects of Smoking cigarettes and their accompanying addiction. Victims in these cases of severe nicotine / cigarette / tobacco addiction are still growing rapidly, especially among teenagers. I myself became a victim of this addiction, or was until I found a few points that kept me from Smoking,and most recently kept me forever.

    TIP

    * Find your own outlets that distract you from cigarettes.

    * it helps if you can sleep when you want to smoke.

    * Drinking water can also help reduce the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, in this case a constant craving for cigarettes.

    * If you find that you want to smoke quickly after a meal, before you stop drinking, or when you are under stress. It helps to have more food and some sweet treats. After slowly digesting the food you have eaten, you will not find any problems sleeping, instead of Smoking.

    * Stay away from too much entertainment or very exciting activities, such as supporting your city's soccer club or your favorite basketball game, especially when you are watching games live. Too much excitement will make you crave a quick smoke.

    How did I finally quit?

    Well, I actually started to see some results after I settled on a different method of taking nicotine. Well, if you guessed it correctly, it's soaring. So I gradually reduced my nicotine intake. I started with 24 mg (nicotine content ) of e-juice to 12 mg, 6 mg, 3 mg, and then eventually 0 mg of e-juice. This treatment works perfectly as long as you take your time and focus on reducing your nicotine intake.

    As I reduced my nicotine intake, I gradually learned different tricks. O's, Medusa, bending, splitting, and other techniques. This will help you take your mind off nicotine consumption and focus more on the complex aspects of vaping.

    Last Tip

    Don't rush it. Hold it steady and slow. You can buy your own VAPE kit and try what I did. It's entirely up to you. You just have to find your own way out that works for you. This is very similar to gambling in Primedice, move at your own pace.

    Many patients smoke cigarettes because of hopelessness and do not even imagine that they harm their health even more. Unfortunately it's true.
