One of the most used services of the app is its Cash card that works on the lines of the debit card. It enables you to withdraw money from the ATM. But if you feel that there were unfair charges levied on the card, then you can dispute a Cash App payment. But if you’re unable to do that, then you can contact the customer support for more information.
If you noticed a Cash Card payment you did not authorize they recommend contacting the merchant immediately to cancel the pending transaction. Once canceled, it can take up to 10 business days for the Cash App to receive the refund. If you have any questions before the 10 days have passed please reach out directly to the merchant.
If you need to prevent further Cash Card transactions, report your Cash Card as stolen via the app:
Tap the Cash Card tab on your Cash App home screen
Tap the image of your Cash Card
Select Problem With Card
Tap Card Stolen
