How does Deep Mindfulness differ forms of mindfulness?

    While all forms of mindfulness involve cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, Deep Mindfulness involves a deeper sense of presence and connection to the present moment. It involves going beyond just observing thoughts and emotions and instead experiencing them fully without resistance or judgment. It can also involve a greater focus on bodily sensations and the external environment.
