Check Firewall settings

• Navigate to window firewall settings & right click on Window Options. Now, input Firewall in the search Bar to press enter. Select Window Firewall & click on the Advanced settings option.

• Go left & right click ‘Outbound Rules’ to select ‘New Rule.’

• Click on ports & press Next.

• Select TCP, then click Next.

• Select ‘Allow the connection’ open. 

• Click on Next ‘to type in Name in the text field & press finish.

• Repeat steps 1-5 for inbound rules.

• Navigate to multi-user mode & open QuickBooks.
