  Pretty much all the apps I have are in Dark mode, I want to do the Docs dark as well. But all the add-ons I've seen aren't any good.

  Yes. And It is a shame that Google didn't address this need. Everyone wants the dark mode, and there're only third-party solutions. There are some good ones though. And I will share my favorite one here. Just go with Google Docs Dark Mode . That's the best option for you.
