Halloween Cookies "Pumpkins"
We will need:
1.5 cups of flour
100 grams of butter
2/3 cup sugar
0.5 cup pumpkin puree
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
For decoration:
150 grams of dark chocolate
How to make:
In a cooking mold, mix the sugar and butter with a mixer or blender, gradually stir in the pumpkin puree, salt, cinnamon and baking soda, pour in the flour. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Cover with a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough as a thin layer of 3-5 mm. Use a stencil or a cookie cutter to cut out pumpkin-shaped cookies.
Preheat oven to 180C, place cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Melt chocolate and draw scary or smiling faces on ready cookies.
You can also make cookies of two halves and fasten them with hot chocolate.

220 grams of butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
5 grams of baking powder
1/3 tsp. ground ginger
For the frosting:
150 grams white chocolate
50 grams of dark chocolate
How to prepare:
Mix all the ingredients, and make an elastic dough, so that it does not stick to your hands. Take it to the fridge for an hour. After the dough has cooled, roll it out and cut out our ghosts. You can either cut out with a mold or with a heavy paper stencil.
Preheat the oven to 160C, and send there to bake our cookies.
After the cookies are ready, cover them with melted white chocolate frosting and draw the frightened faces of ghosts with dark chocolate.
