Consider it instead a purveyor of luxury goods that happens to use ecological materials—fish leather and vegetable-dyed waste silk among them—and processes. “Endless Summer,” Osklen’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection of Pakistani Bridal Wear, captures the perfect summer’s day on Ipanema’s boardwalk, where “Brazilian soul meets California dreaming,” Metsavaht says. “The end result is neither retro nor futuristic. It is modern.”
