MCA extends the last date of filing of CRA-4 till February 29,

  The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on December 30, 2019, has extended the last date of filing of CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report) for all eligible companies for the Financial Year 2018-2019. MCA had received several recommendations from various stakeholders for extension of filing of CRA-4. Thus, MCA has extended the last date of filing of CRA-4, without payment of additional fee, till February 29, 2020. The extension is given for the entire process starting from preparation of Annexures to the Cost Audit Report to submission of Cost Audit Report by the Cost Auditor to the Company' and finally filing of Cost Audit Report by the Company with the Central Government.
