Injuries and roster changes
· Fnatic won’t be participating at the DreamHack Malmö due to a recent injury Buy csgo skins with paypal in Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer’s wrist that forced him to step out of the team temporarily. Niclas ‘Plessen’ Plessen will be taking Olof’s place in future tournaments until the player recovers. G2 Esports will be replacing Fnatic at this tournament.
· NaVi’s awp gamer Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács won’t be attending this tournament due to a wrist injury and will be replaced by Na’Vi’s coach Sergey “starix” Ischuk.
· FaZe’s player Mikail “Maikelele” Fiey won’t become participating at this event. The player announced his intentions of leaving the team but is still under contract with them. The European team acquired French participant Fabien “kioShiMa” Fiey who will be playing for the first time with them in Malmö.
· North American Team Liquid will be replacing Eric “adreN” Hoag with Kenneth “koosta” Suen. This will be Kenneth’s first appearance at an international Lan event.
· While is not considered a “roster change, ” NiP will be playing with their team including Jacob “pyth” Mourujärvi. The Swedish squad was unable to compete with their full group at the Columbus Major, as pyth could not get his visa on time for the tournament, forcing NiP to play with their Coach as a stand-in.
On the first day we’ll see a round robin on the group stage. Here the top two teams will be picked, leading to the Qualifiers which will play out on April 16th at the Malmo Arena
