Russia Replaces Logistics Top General Amid Mobilization 2022
Russia on Saturday announced the replacement of its top general in charge of logistics amid a mobilization campaign for the military operation in Ukraine that revealed widespread logistical problems.
“Army General Dmitry Bulgakov has been relieved of the post of deputy defense minister” and will be replaced by Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, the defense ministry said on Telegram.
